PURPOSE OF THIS EVENT 

 Firstly, India is hosting the AI summit 2026 in Delhi from February 16 to 20. To bring up the innovative technologies to build the digital futurism. This event mainly focuses on the heads of state, policymakers, tech industry executives, journalists, civil society groups, and several others from around the globe. There were more than 500  events that took place, and they also showed an exhibition on the AI technologies how they use digital tools solve the problem. This event is much need to our country were our prime minister Narendra Modi have took this pledges to make this possible across the globe.



THREE MAIN GOALS FOR THIS EVENT 

The three main goals that took place in this event. Firstly, empower the people to understand the next 5 years of AI technologies tools that are going to take place for futurism, build awareness and upskill the people about this technology. Secondly, promote innovation to understand and make a tech generation by bringing different AI tools in modern workplace and building digitalized country. Thirdly, the project that takes place in India to provide service in AI technology across the whole world and democratize access to compute, datasets, and algorithms.

Global Leadership & Industry Presence : 

The summit that took place in Delhi all over the world has taken place in this AI event. The companies from Microsoft, google and Open AI, like more reputable firms, have joined in this event. Some of the big leaders made a decision in AI technology to develop a better future. These leaders should be a handful of help for our country to India to develop the faster growing technology.

Major Investment Commitments

Microsoft announced it is on track to invest $50 billion by decade’s end in expanding AI access in the Global South. This brings a great appreciation for Microsoft for making a great decision to build in AI technology across the southern globe, which can bring some development in our country.  To develop India to improve the process of modern AI tools like China, we need to get more investors to support the technology that we are going to bring in over the next 5 years. There should be more innovative ideas to develop the country with tie up of big investors.

Infrastructure & Capacity Building

India’s IT leadership announced plans to more than double GPU compute capacity, enhancing AI model training and innovation capabilities domestically. The Graphics processing unit is an upcoming decision made by the Indian IT firms. which will be a great idea to bring AI technology with the help of an AI model that can bring for easy job training for the employees to bring greater profit for the company, but Human touch should always be there to upskill different AI GPUs to build more innovative ideas.

Policy & Public Good Initiatives

Prime Minister Narendra Modi highlighted how the summit aligns with India’s development goals, including responsible AI adoption for job creation, governance, and equitable growth. If we build more such programs focused on AI technology programs and workshops to build our country with more awareness for people succession and planning to bring a better outcome and development in the society
